1. Building Competitiveness
 Our tactics:
– Create a clear player development pathway – from Juniors upwards
– Establish a Juniors academy for most talented players
– Improve standard of coaching for every level
– Improve standard and quality of pitches – research options for grounds maintenance
– Provide more support for non-cricketing managers – establish Senior team buddy system?
– Pavilion re-development – satisfy ECB regulations
 Our dashboard measures:
– Win ratio targets for each team
– League table standings – targets and actual
– Player recruitment and retention numbers – x% increase year on year
– Pitch reports?

2. Building Community
 Our tactics:
– Create shadow board integrating Colts and seniors
– Partner with other sports: define “cricket club or sports club” direction
– Establish school outreach programme for player recruitment – x% increase in players year on year
– Integrated cross-club communications and raise profile of external communication
– Strengthen girls / women’s cricket
– Integrate Colts parents socially throughout the season and off season
– Create a succession plan for key roles

– Gender balance, age split on membership and committee functions
